Discover the importance of Relationship Intelligence (RQ) in everyday interactions.

• RQ GENERATES COMMITMENT – When trust is evident in a relationship, interactions in the moment focus on ideas and solutions without being held back by false assumptions, worries over office politics, or concerns about hidden agendas. Instead, there’s a commitment for helping each other achieve common goals.

 

• RQ DRIVES RESULTS – Where trust is planted and commitment cultivated, positive results are sure to bloom. By practicing RQ in daily interactions, you not only deal with past issues in a positive way but you also align on expectations so that you can co-create the future.
