Workshops are available to address learning needs and outcomes for your organisation. Basically, your options are in-house or public workshops. These formats provide opportunities for both small business leaders and managers, or provide capability development for organisations nation-wide if necessary, and address specific needs in-house.

Workshops form part of a learning journey for an organisation and should be part of an overall strategy that supports the vision and purpose.

My carefully selected workshops are people focused that support strategic objectives at operational level. A combination of licensed training programs and bespoke events to fit your needs, supported with individual and/or group coaching to embed learning and influence new behaviours.

Public Workshops

Often, small businesses and organisations do not have the budget to bring workshops in-house. Having experienced the challenge of small business ownership and understanding how much of an impact great leadership development can make, I’m always keen to find ways for more leaders, owners and managers to get the same benefits the corporates do.

Currently public workshops are scheduled with support of Taranaki Chamber of Commerce and Manawatu Business Chamber, and most are registered with the Regional Business Partner Network, so contact your local Growth Advisor to discuss your needs.

Managing teams

When you’re a business owner or a manager, you need to achieve your outcomes through teams.

How often are people promoted to “manager” and rarely provided with the new skill set to lead a team?

Frameworks - Or as I like to think of them - coat hangers. Cheesy, maybe, but it's a good way to view these programs.
